Freindly staff, thats where it ended. Ordered a door, put a down payment down and was told it would be in, in a week or two. Waited 11 days then I called for an update and hopefully to schedule the install. Was told they'd call back. Recieved a voicemail later that said it would be an additional 2-3 weeks because the distribution warehouse only sends trucks once there full....trust me I know it sounds like BS, I thought the same thing. So I waited another 2 weeks to call. When I did I was told it would be here in 2 days and they would call to schedule the install once it arrived. 1 day went by and they called, only to tell me my order form was mistakingly placed in the wrong pile and the door wasn't ordered. The fix was to order a different door (I didnt want) and it would save me 25% with an apology. So I said I'll take my deposit back. When I showed up I asked for the manager...I was actually hoping to still order the door I wanted with a discount on that door not something I didn't want. (Seems fair to me). Well they handed me the money and a refund reciept to sign before I could blink, as if saying screw you take your money. Now I'm searching for a reputable garage door place that can actually perform the job correctly. (UPDATE) The Allstar team stepped up. They ordered the correct door and had it installed quickly and professionally! Thank you Dennis, Andy and the rest of the Allstar team. I have had zero issues or complaints since the door was installed almost a year ago!
